PostDeck Terms of Use

1. Licence. Buying PostDeck from the Microsoft Store gives you a licence to use it on devices signed in with your Microsoft account, under the Microsoft Store terms. The licence is not a sale of the software.
2. Your content. Everything you write and attach in PostDeck stays on your device and belongs to you. You are responsible for keeping it, backing it up, and for what you publish on each platform, including following that platform's rules.
3. Publishing. PostDeck does not post for you. It reminds you, copies your text and opens the platform's compose page; you publish yourself. Platform limits and links shown in PostDeck may change without notice; check before posting.
4. AI suggestions. Suggestions come from a small on-device model and can be wrong or inappropriate. Review them before using them. The model is provided by Hugging Face under the Apache License 2.0.
5. No warranty. PostDeck is provided "as is". Reminders depend on Windows notifications being enabled and the PC being on; a reminder can be delayed or missed, which is why missed posts stay in the Queue.
6. Liability. To the extent the law allows, Technocrux is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of PostDeck. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
7. Refunds are handled by the Microsoft Store under its refund policy.
8. Changes. These terms may be updated; the effective date will change when they are.
