    A short paid discovery: goals, users, constraints, and the risks that decide the architecture. You get a written plan and an estimate you can hold us to.

    Flows and interfaces before code, in the browser where possible. We reuse a design system when one fits and build one when it does not.

    Weekly demos of working software. Tests, pipelines and monitoring from the first week, not the last.

  4. Ship and support

    Release, store submission, hand-over documentation, and a support arrangement that suits how you operate.
